Where is Ashio hosted?+
In ISO 27001-certified data centres in Switzerland. Report contents are encrypted end to end, reporters never create an account and no IP addresses are logged.
Is Ashio itself ISO certified?+
No. The product is not certified and we do not claim it is: the data centres it runs in are ISO 27001-certified. Ashio is built to support the requirements the EU Whistleblowing Directive sets for internal reporting channels.
Do I need a sales call to get started?+
No. You can sign up, set up the channel and invite your case handlers without talking to anyone. Prices are published: one flat price per organisation, a 14-day free trial and no credit card required.
